Sporadic metal-detecting between 1989 and 2018 recovered Neolithic/Bronze Age worked flints; a post-medieval pottery sherd; medieval and post-medieval coins; medieval to post-medieval tokens, post-medieval jettons and a range of other Roman and medieval to post-medieval metal objects. These metal finds include a Roman brooch; an Early Saxon brooch fragment; medieval to post-medieval dress accessories; a medieval dagger-scabbard chape, slide-key padlock, thimble and copper alloy and lead seal matrices; medieval/post-medieval copper alloy vessel fragments (including repair rivets), copper alloy sieve fragments, a thimble, sword-scabbard chape and lead weights and post-medieval crotal bells, a harness mount, chafing dish support, knife end stop, book clasp, Jew's harp and lead cloth seals.
