Cranwich Church

In September six of our volunteers came along to Cranwich to practice their building survey skills. They managed to draw the alter, the tower arch and the round tower of St Mary's church in one day!

Here are some of their excellent drawings:

Drawing of the alter at Cranwich church

The alter, St Mary's church, Cranwich. Measured and drawn by James Cross.

Drawing of the tower arch

The tower arch. Measured and drawn by Colin Young and Chris Hutchings.

Drawing of the round west tower

The round west tower. Measured and drawn by Kim Weight, Adam Stone and Claire Bradshaw.

We will be holding another recording session soon to finish drawing the rest of the church, and linking all of the drawings together.
