In 1992 a medieval or post medieval well was found during the digging of a pond. Medieval and post medieval pottery sherds, post medieval brick and animal bones were collected from it.

1992. Well uncovered while digging pond, 0.6m (2ft) below ground level. High House garden.
Medieval, late medieval transitional pottery and bricks with glazing, animal bone.
