Summary
Metal detecting here in 1977 and 2000 recovered a Bronze Age pin, seven Roman coins and Iron Age, Roman, medieval, post medieval and undatable metal finds. These included an Iron Age brooch, the foot of a Roman rosette brooch and part of a medieval strap end.

Full description
May 1977. Found in ploughsoil with metal detector, near but outside area of Roman settlement.
Bronze pin, Middle Bronze Age type, with expanded, flat-topped head, swollen neck and remains of side-loop.
