April 2014. Rapid Identification Survey. HA 101.
Large linear hollow in Ash Carr, Lynford Park (NHER 30470). It measures about 90m by 25m by over 2.4m deep. At the time of survey, there was standing water in its base.
The hollow was probably excavated as a quarry for sand and gravel.
