February 1987. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
Farmhouse dating to about 1800, of red brick with concrete tiled roof. Two half storeys with rear two storey wing and lean to, forming an 'L' shaped plan. Single storey rear outshut. Lobby entrance 3 cell plan. Facade of 4 bays with off centre part glazed entrance door with timber doorcase with reeded pilasters and open pediment. Sash windows with glazing bars and flat gauged brick arches. half height windows on attic storey. Brick parapet eaves. Off centre axial stack and end stack to west. Slatted windows in rear dairy wing. Brick corbel eaves at rear.
