February 1987. Listed, Grade II.
Early 19th century miller's house, of red brick, colourwashed brick with concrete pantiled roof. Two storeys with continuous rear two storey outshut, and single storey outbuildings to north. Northern outbuilding has inserted garage door to north and pantiled roof.
