Full description

Trader's farthing token, Francis Watts 1657.

Before 15 June 2001. At depth of about 60cm (2 feet).
Jar rim and quite fresh body sherd (with external sooting) medieval unglazed. Probably later 12th/13th century. The body sherd perhaps wheel thrown.
