Summary

An 18th century farmhouse, built of red brick, two storeys high with attics and a black pantiled roof. The house is L shaped in plan, the five window bay façade having a central Doric doorway. The north range completes the L shape plan.

September 1951. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
Formerly Old Hall Farm, the name having been exchanged with the farm at 325922 which was called Hall Farm.
"Farmhouse. 18th century. Red brick formerly limewashed. Steeply-pitched black glazed pantile roof. Two storeys and attics, L-shaped plan. Facade of five bays, symmetrical: sashes with glazing bars, gauged brick arches over openings. Central doorway, Doric doorcase with fluted pilasters and lead covered canopy; six-panel door with two upper panels glazed."
