A sub-circular earthwork mound, with a maximum diameter of approximately 19m, is visible as on aerial photographs (S1)-(S2) through the trees of a young plantation. This feature is located approximately 36m to the east of the originally recorded position of the round barrow mentioned above, and the central grid reference has therefore been changed from TG 1513 1762 to TG 1517 1760, but it now coincides with the scheduled area DNF237.
