Metal detecting recovered a hoard of 174 silver denarii.

June to July 1990. Metal detecting find in top 12.5cm (5 inches) of scarified soil.
Hoard of 168 denarii.
Landowner provided digger to remove topsoil (23 to 26 cm). Test hole showed natural at about 37 to 38 cm.
