Summary
Fieldwalking as part of the Fenland Survey recovered a scatter of prehistoric worked flints including a Late Neolithic arrowhead. A concentration of Late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age worked and burnt flints indicative of occupation was identified.

8 April 1988. Fenland fieldwalking.
Conditions: weathered surface, cereal.
Context 1. MTW FZ.
Odd flints scattered across field. Note small group towards southeast corner.
Includes Late Neolithic arrowhead.

Concentration of flints (sparse to moderate) and a few pot boilers. On chalk, peat-covered (by moderate) soil. 43m east to west x 25m north to south at 2.7m OD
