Summary
Three lime kilns were constructed her in the 19th or early 20th century. The earliest evidence for a kiln at the site is a reference onthe 1838 Tithe map for the area. The works last appeared in Kelly's Directory in 1925. Remains were still visible in 1964, but they have since been demolished.

Lime kiln.
Marked by Ordnance Survey in 1880.
Now buried but top visible in 1974.
