Full description

May 1980. Found with metal detector and on ploughed surface. Eastern part of field.
Scatter of material:
Badly worn Roman copper/brass coin, 1st to 2nd centuries.
Five medieval sherds, all unglazed.
One sherd Roman coarse pottery.
Henry VIII half groat.
Silver coin of Henry IV of France, 1593.
