Small barn 25m north-west of brewhouse (NHER 65481) at Cavick House (NHER 9458).
Previously recorded under NHER 33723 (Cavick Park).

December 1950. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Barn. Early 18th century. Brick, with corrugated tiles to roof. Double corrugated iron doors set to right of centre and flanked by a
strip buttress either side. A further buttress to left. Slit ventilation lights to right. Gabled roof. South gable head is stepped. Short piece of wall attached to south links to large barn.
INTERIOR. 19th-century roof of tie beams carrying struts to principals."
