Full description
Constructed some time post Second World War is a small, square brick and concrete building in the grounds of Voewood.
Its purpose was to house a pair of sewage ejectors to pump waste from the house, uphill to the main sewage line.
The two pumps were by Tuke and Bell of London and Lichfield. The pumps were in operation until 1997 and there were plans to demolish the building in 1998.
