June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
17th or early 18th century, two storey and attic, three windows to east. T-shaped plan. Wing to west. Stuccoed and painted. Pantile roof. Entrance at angle, Doric doorcase with fluted pilasters and triglyphs. Interior: two- and six-panel doors with wrought hinges. Stair with turned balusters at landing. Winding stair to attic with hewn timbers and ledged door. Attic look-out. Formerly residence of a sea-captain.
