December 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Small dwelling. Around 1790. Probably associated with Sir John Soane. Gault brick with slate roof. T plan. Single storey. Pedimented jetty with carved laurel wreath and ribbon in tympanum and supported on two Ionic columns. Front door with glazed upper panel and architrave."
