April 1985. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"West lodge to Houghton Hall Park (NHER 30463). About 1830. Whitewashed plaster render, slate roof. Single storey, rectangular on plan with four equilateral sides. To west, one sash with glazing bars with arched upper sash. To south, door with trellis work surround, pentice canopy."
