June 1950. Listed, Grade II*.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 18th century, red brick, pantile roof, two storey and attic, three wood pedimented sash dormers with glazing bars. Five sash windows at first floor, now with centre glazing bars only. Gauged flat arches. Pilasters on front, wood bracket eaves cornice. Ionic doorcase with enriched open pediment and blank radial bar fan. Lower wing, right."
