Name:Roman to post medieval objects (Wreningham, poorly located)

Summary

Metal detecting in 1997 recovered a number of objects from the Roman to post medieval periods. These are thought to have derived from somewhere in the parish of Wreningham. Of particular note is a square mount of cast copper alloy with well preserved gilding and silvering which is thought to have been made in northern France in the 9th century.

Probably all finds are from Wreningham parish. Some documentation includes this parish; no other one is mentioned.
Nine Roman, three post medieval coins.
