Summary
Prehistoric flints, medieval and post medieval pottery and tiles, and post medieval coins and tokens were collected during a fieldwalking and metal detecting survey carried out by the NAU in advance of the construction of a gas pipeline from Bacton to Great Yarmouth in 1997.

Full description
January-April 1997. Systematic Fieldwalking and Metal-detecting Survey.
Field survey on proposed route of Bacton to Great Yarmouth pipeline (Field/Location RDX 36.2).
A minor concentration of 12 worked flint fragments including a scraper, flakes and retouched flakes were recovered along with medieval to post medieval pottery sherds and tile, post medieval coins, and a 17th century token.
