May 1987. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Farmhouse. Early C18. Brick with thatched roof. 2 storeys and irregular bay system. Facade with burnt headers. Central door with 2 C19 cross casements to left and C20 window to right. Platband between storeys. 3 C19 cross casements first floor and one blind window. Gabled roof."

Listing Description (S1) dates all of building, interior and exterior, to early 18th century but details of interior beams sound earlier than this.
