Full description

March 1984. Metal detecting. In former parkland west of moat.
Bronze medieval strap end 7cm long, width 2.2cm. Incised decoration of zigzag lines as in sketch (S1) and some zigzag cross hatching. Acorn shaped finial at lower end. Back plain.
