Full description
Brick house of about 1700; two storeys, five bays, window above door shortened. Raised crosses in brickwork on upper floor. Door with carved flat hood on large carved brackets. Metal plaque depicting King Edward.
March 1977. Visit.
Poor condition but being modernised.
Origin of name unknown, but has borne it for many years. Significance of crosses in brickwork?
