A ridge of prehistoric pot boilers was noted at this location, running more or less south from the 'peninsula' in Langmere. A visit to the site in 1975 found the area to be overgrown.

Full description

Ridge of pot boilers seen by W. G. Clarke. 24-27m (80-90ft) long, 3.1m (10ft) wide, 0.3m (1ft) high, running more or less south from 'peninsula' in Langmere.

Now much overgrown on heath of Nature reserve.
