Full description
3 August 1995. Casual Find.
Two sherds of medieval unglazed pottery were found on a building site, including an early medieval jar rim.
Some material has been imported on to this site, so these finds could be from elsewhere.

August 1995. Casual Find.
Further finds were recovered from the building site. These consisted of 12 sherds of medieval pottery (including 5 Glazed Grimston sherds), a fragment of a medieval dagger chape, and one possibe coin (possibly Roman, very worn and corroded).

Medieval and post medieval sherds, a post medieval iron key fragment, and an undated iron nail were recovered.

Medieval and post medieval pottery, a fragment of post medieval roof tile, and a worked bone pin (possibly for use in smoothing/polishing or in weaving) were found.
