Summary

Metal detecting has revealed the site of a probable Early Saxon inhumation cemetery. Early Saxon finds include brooches, girdle hangers and wrist clasps. Other finds from the site include an Iron Age Iceni coin, Roman brooches, Roman coins, part of a Late Saxon strap fitting (possibly from a sword belt), a medieval coin and a post medieval German jetton.
