Summary

Six Roman coins and a medieval copper alloy buckle were found at this spot by metal detecting. These finds are part of a larger Roman to Late Saxon settlement and Early Saxon cemetery complex.

Full description

March 1984. Probably found metal detecting.
Copper alloy buckle. Diameter 3.5cm curly outline, almost Tudor rose shape. Single bar across middle.
