Brewhouse and attached outbuilding at Cavick House (NHER 9458).
Previously recorded under NHER 9458.
December 1950. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Outbuilding now domestic. Early 18th century, greatly altered 1945. Brick and flint with machine tile roof. Two-storey east front. Former segmental-headed carriage arch right of centre filled in and opened as door...Gabled roof. Platband to south gable. Gable head rebuilt 1945...Central single-storey hipped extension to west. Two hipped dormers in roof and a stack serving wall fireplace. Length of 19th-century brick wall extends west incorporating a further hipped one-storey outbuilding. Included for group value."
