Full description

Northwest corner of Market Place.
18th century on exterior, with 17th century L-shaped pilasters without capitals, branches painted on instead. Across angle of L is a single storey Victorian bow shop front, now converted to a restaurant.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Formerly listed as George Hotel under Quebec Street.
With No 1 Swaffham Road. 17th century and later, brick and pantiled. Front partly plastered, with pilasters, the caps of which have floral design. 2 storeys and attics. Sash windows and casements. 2 storey bay on front."
