February 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Cottage, converted from stable block. 18th century, with possibly earlier core. Red brick, pantile roof. One and a half storeys. 20th century fenestration, three gabled dormers. Parapeted east gable with octagonal moulded brick finials. Axial chimneystack. Two large segmental headed door openings in south wall."
