Summary

A cropmark of a ring ditch, probably a Bronze Age round barrow, is visible on aerial photographs. It is located 260m to the north of the centre of a dispersed barrow cemetery (NHER 45008) with other ring ditches present to its south (NHER 43346) and north (NHER 12830 and 12831).

Full description

March 2006. Norfolk NMP.
A cropmark of a ring ditch, probably a Bronze Age round barrow, is visible on aerial photographs (S1). This ring ditch is located at TF 7330 3793. A circular ring ditch with a narrow ditch and an external diameter of 14m is present. It is likely that this ring ditch is of Bronze Age date and that it relates to a round barrow. It is located 260m to the north of the centre of a dispersed barrow cemetery (NHER 45008) with other ring ditches present immediately to its south (NHER 43346) and north (NHER 12830 and 12831).
