An early 18th century brick brewery or malthouse attached to the north wall of New Hall in the grounds of Crostwight Hall (NHER 8201). It was partly ruinous in the late 1980s.

Full description

May 1987. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Brewery or malthouse. Early 18th century. Brick, no roof cladding. Partly ruinous state. Externally of one storey. West front with central doorway flanked by one boarded window left and right. These are cross casements with roll moulded jambs. Rear is scarred by remains of blocked doors and windows."
