March 1947. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Farmhouse. Circa 1750 and late 18th-century addition to north. Brick with roofs of black glazed pantiles. South front of two storeys in two window bays...Timber modillion eaves cornice below gabled roof. Partly external gable end stacks. Gable heads have tumbling. Cross wing to north of two storeys arranged flush with south block on west side...Portico porch added to west gable end of south block...East side of cross wing rebuilt late 20th century. Cross wing is gabled and with stack below ridge on west side."

In the early 19th century this farm was named Scroby Farm; this was said locally to be connected with disputes over the ownership of Scroby Sands, a sandbank off Yarmouth that appears at intervals and was th subject of claims by various parishes.
