Summary

Metal-detecting between 2005 and 2016 a scattered medieval coin hoard as well as undated, Early Bronze Age, Early Saxon and medieval to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include undated casting waste and a gold ingot; an Early Bronze Age flat axehead; an Early Saxon wrist clasp; medieval to post-medieval dress accessories; medieval seal matrices, a padlock, harness pendant and key; medieval/post-medieval copper alloy vessel fragments and a "paper-clip" rivet and a post-medieval spur fragment.

1 Early Bronze Age flat axe (S1).

1 Early Saxon wrist clasp of abnormal form (gilt).

Found in small area at northern edge of field (centred at approximately [4]) where plough had cut closer to the boundary than usual:
Scattered purse hoard of 6 medieval coins.

Five coins [5] declared Treasure 13 May 2008 (case 2007 T676) and subsequently acquired by Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 2009.240).
