Summary

Fieldwalking in the 1990s recovered prehistoric flint implements including scrapers, flakes and a notched piece, as well as a dense concentration of Late Saxon, medieval and post-medieval pottery. Metal-detecting between 2015 and 2019 recovered Roman and post-medieval coins; a Roman lock bolt; and a medieval finger ring and harness mount.

Prehistoric flint implements including scrapers, flakes and notched piece.
Dense concentration of Late Saxon, medieval and post medieval pottery in southwest corner of field near Brandon Parva church.
