Summary

Metal-detecting between 2003 and 2012 recovered a Late Neolithic/Early Bronze Age scraper; undated pottery sherds; Middle Iron Age, Roman, Middle Saxon and medieval coins and Middle Bronze Age to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include a Middle Bronze Age pin, a Roman disc brooch, Middle/Late Saxon Trewhiddle style strap-end, post-medieval buckles and the head of an early 17th century silver head-dress pin.

May-June 2003. Metal-detecting.
1 Late Bronze Age disk/ring headed pin.
1 medieval lead papal bulla (of Honorius III).
1 post-medieval scabbard chape and 1 silver head-dress pin.
