Summary

Metal detecting in this area during 1991-92 recovered a variety of metal objects including a post medieval jetton, medieval boy bishop token, medieval buckle and Roman coin. Subsequent fieldwalking on site in 2000, as part of the STANTA Survey, retrieved eleven Neolithic/Bronze Age worked flints.
