December 1994/January 1995. Metal detecting find.
Papal bull of Martin IV (1281-5).
Identified by S. Margeson (NCM).

September/October 1995. Metal detecting find.
Lovely! Early medieval, 12th/13th century double swivel leash fastener with animal head terminals (very finely moulded heads). The 'bezels' have incised mouldings.

Centre-looped Roman cosmetic mortar with knob terminals. Central loop broken and incomplete, no decoration visible. POL.
