1993. Metal detector finds.
Three Roman greyware.
Four medieval sherds unglazed, including early medieval rim.
Middle Saxon faceted headed pin and collar.

Early post medieval harness mount, two spikes on reverse, elaborate trefoil terminal and spiral cast ornament on heart-shaped plate.

One continental medieval coin. See list in file.
At location [3]. Small Hod Hill brooch with white metal coating. Rolled over head containing fragment of ?iron axix bar; wide bow with central broad flute and pair of flanking flutes; one pair of side lugs; two broad and three narrow horizontal flutes on the leg. Catchplate on reverse. Similar to Hattatt 51 - see (S1). 1st century AD.

At location [4]. Early post medieval double looped frame, both loops oval, with white metal coating. Badly corroded but possible ridged moulding on both parts of frame, enlarged at pin rests.
