Summary

Metal-detecting in 1993 recovered Roman, medieval and post-medieval coins as well as Late Saxon to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include a Late Saxon finial and weight or spindle whorl; a medieval buckle, steelyard weight, purse frame and belt mount or sword chape and a post-medieval harness stud and buckle fragment.
