Metal-detecting between 1991 and 2014 recovered a late prehistoric flint flake; Roman, Late Saxon, medieval and post medieval coins; a post-medieval token and Roman, Saxon, medieval and post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include Roman brooches and a pin; Early Saxon brooches; a Middle Saxon strap-end and pin head; a Middle/Late Saxon disc brooch; a Late Saxon finger ring, disc brooch and bridle cheekpiece; a Late Saxon/medieval padlock key; medieval to post-medieval dress accessories; a medieval weight, rotary key, cauldron foot, scabbard fitting, pin and barrel padlock; medieval/post-medieval weights and post-medieval rotary keys, spur sides, harness mounts, a thimble, cloth seal, furniture fitting and a lead mount moulded in the form of a fleur-de-lis.

Early Saxon small-long brooch, head plate missing. Catch plate on reverse, decorated with punched dots and transverse bands of diagonal ribbing.

Late Saxon fragment of lobed terminal of cheek piece.
Medieval locking buckle with broken 'arm'.
?Medieval bronze sheet folded into 'bag' shape ?chape??.
15th century cast bronze barrel padlock with L-shaped arm, waisted at each end with mouldings at each end on sides, and decorated on surface with engraved linear border and wavy line and dashes in centre. Perforated in arm for chain to hold parts together.

Charles I rose farthing token 1635-1644.

Middle Saxon and Late Saxon copper alloy nummular disc brooch, profile head with beard (?), within double-contoured pelleted border; H-shaped lug at right-angles to edge and catch plate on reverse.
Late Saxon copper alloy bridle-cheekpiece, one terminal missing. Central boss decoration with ring-and-dot and two projecting lobes. Moulding on each side of boss. Lobed terminal.
