Summary

Fieldwalking here during 1991 recovered prehistoric flints along with sherds of Roman, medieval and post medieval pottery. Subsequent metal detecting during 2000-06 retrieved twenty Roman coins, a Roman or Early Saxon bead, a post medieval hooked tag and button and two medieval coins.

27 March 1991. Fieldwalking of whole field. Scatter includes NHER 15016 and 28376.
No concentrations; Roman material in southwest part.
