Summary

In 1973 the pale soilmarks of small rectangles were visible on aerial photographs. Further work in 1997 extended the area of the site to encompass some faint earthworks of a farmstead, possibly of medieval date.

1973. South of Manor House Farm.
Pale soilmarks forming small rectangles.

October 1997. Earthwork Survey.
Survey at 1:1000. Site extended to east to encompass slight earthworks of farmstead, possibly in part of medieval date.
