The oval barrow is visible as an earthwork (S3-S4) and later as a ploughed out cropmark (S5-S7) on aerial photographs. It is centred on TG 1517 0996 and measures 27m in external diameter. A possible curvilinear enclosure (NHER 54440) has been recorded approximately 200m to the northwest, and this may be related to the ring ditch.
