A 15th century two storey flint and brick hall house, remodelled in the 17th century and restored in the 20th. It is set back from, and at right angles to, the street line.

Full description

Former hall now workshop. 15th century, altered in 17th century. Set back from and at right angles to the street line. Two storeys. South elevation, scattered fenestration, central projecting bay in place of 15th century oriel window, extended to the right. North elevation: large twelve-light mullion and transome ground floor window and two first floor frieze windows.
Interior: full height oriel arch with four-centre arch and three orders of mouldings. Queen post roof partly remade in 20th century.

Flower Pot Court. Constructed as open hall at right angles to and away from street (unusually for Norwich, it was separated from the street by an unconnected property).
Service rooms were further away from street.
