Full description

March 2003. Norfolk NMP.
The remains of what appears to be a drove road leading onto the saltmarsh from Morston can be seen on RAF 1946 (S1) and 1952 (S2) aerial photographs, and BKS aerial photographs from 1988 (S3). The date of this feature is unknown, but there is a possibility that it might be of post-medieval origin. This site consists of parallel side ditches with an embanked path in the middle and runs from NGR TG0070 4428 to TG0075 4441.
