A one storey house with an attic and a pantile roof. It may originally have been built in the 18th century, although later changes make it difficult to be certain. Brick facings were added in about 1820 and many alterations were made in the 1980s.

Syers Lane.
House, probably a two cell early 18th century house with only one room heated. Clad in brick about 1820. Very much altered, with imported materials, in 20th century.
