Summary

A low spread mound surrounded by a ditch was identified in 1953. In 1973 this could be seen as a slight cropmark and by 1977 it had been destroyed. This may have been a Bronze Age barrow.

Low spead mound, traces of ditch - ?barrow.

Seen by R.R. Clarke (NCM) 30 September 1953.

Shows as pale ring 44m diameter with dark sunken centre in harrowed field.
No sign of any others. Is this the same as NHER 4496??
